In the balanced natural environment your rabbit would occupy in the wild it’s unlikely that poisoning is a problem. Out of reach

It sensible to make all your plants inaccessible by moving them to an areas that cannot be reached or by blocking them off behind a piece of furniture or wire fencing. This will stop the plant getting damaged from gnawing or the soil being disturbed by digging. Remember that falling leaves can also be a potential danger so always ensure that if they where to fall they would fall into an area that is also inaccessible.
